I get free gym membership through my insurance program, Renew Active (for seniors). I checked out other places before setting up an online tour of LA Fitness. My quest stops here! Justin B. was knowledgeable and respectful. All the staff were proffessional and attentive. The facility is beautiful, clean and amazing: lap pool, hot tub, basketball court, three racquetball courts, etc. They have all Covid protection bases covered, unlike other gyms I visited. I also have access to LA Fitness locations around the country.
The gym equipment is a bit off but maybe that was because my body is used to the previous gym I was at. There is pretty much every single type of equipment you can think of here but some of the machines are a bit old however the facility is well kept
I love been there it clean and not dirty the people are very respectful and love been around them ! Come to are Gym you love it ! Mom love are gym say it clean and keep up the good work guys
I have made 4 attempts now to cancel my account, but the company still is taking my money. Next step is the Better Business Bureau. Beware!
The tour that I received was very mediocre. I could have given a better tour and I don’t even work there. Also gym very dirty. Do not recommend!
