Very clean. Instructors and front desk staff are easy to talk to and friendly. Low intensity great workout.
They misrepresented their contract. They implied that it would be $160 for 3 months of unlimited classes. Instead, it was $160 per month for 3 months. Their verbal explanation was misleading.nnAlso, they have a strict cancellation fee. They will charge you. Sometimes, their calendar is incorrect and will not show you a class that you signed up for. They will still charge you for missing the class. When you bring the calendar issue to their attention, they acknowledge the problem, but still charge you for missing the class. That is ridiculous.nnSo far, pilates has cost $400 more than I was led to believe when I signed this 3 month contract. I will not be continuing the contract. The customer service is terrible and excess charges are ridiculous.nnRead the contract very closely before signing up. Don't listen to their verbal explanations. Don't expect their customer service to help when problems come up. They will just charge you and say too bad.
