When my wife showed up to pick up the 12 passenger van we had rented, she was informed that they did not have a Van for her. She was frustrated to say the least and as she left the parking lot she noticed that a van was in the Lot. She went back in and inquired and they said that the Van was on hold and could not be rented. She again was frustrated so she returned home. Upon returning home we called the Rental Store to inquire as to what the Hold meant. They was able to get the hold removed and we was able to rent the van, but had to travel back to the location again to pickup the Van, which was a big inconvenience.

The pickup experience was amazing. The representative at the pickup location was very friendly and cheerful. He made my pickup smooth. I had booked a compact car and received an SUV which was the cherry on the cake.
