2021 UpdatenService at this location is passable. Generally they get your order right, and the customer service is great, but overall the quality seems to have gone down. Changing my review from 5 to 3 stars.n2018 OriginalnThe service here is well above average. The management really puts its time into retaining skilled workers and repeat customers. I've been going to this location for almost a decade, and have seen the careers of several employees change and grow. Trent, a younger individual, has a good grasp of the customer's needs. Randy has run the evening shifts for years, and keeps a tight shop - clean and effective. Lisa, the GM, is always pleasant and direct, and encourages a positive environment. The food is better at this location verses sister locations, and as good as or better than the competition. Don't worry about a mistake - they will make it right.

Absolutely terrible! Waited 10 min and finally manager came over to take order. She was texting on her phone and I said something about it. Got very rude about me saying something about it. Then asked how long it would take and she got rude about that. We walked out.nn1-20-20 updatennAgainst my better judgment I tried this place again. It was a touch better than last time. Fries halfway filled up and dumped upside down in the bag. We actually got home split the fries up and put back into containers. Fries were barely half filled up. I don’t even want to know what they do to the burgers behind closed doors. I’d really like to meet the owners of this disgusting establishment.

Every time I get breakfast here, they are wildly consistent about my order being wrong. It’s frequently hard as a rock like it’s been sitting for a long time as well. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.

Today the staff was accurate and got the order right. It has been about 50-50 in the past in getting orders correct. People seem sad, don't say thank you.
