I had a great experience at this RC Willey. The experience was very personalized. The sales associate Charles Bradley was very helpful. I even was helped by the sales manager John Peterson. They were very patient and friendly. They took the time to make sure I got the right bed. They made me feel very comfortable spending a large amount of money for a great bed. I will be doing all my furniture shopping with them. I am happy today!

Aaron Gray assisted me tonight in buying a couch, he was an amazing salesman. He was very honest and upfront about everything. He was so informative and polite! I couldn't be happier with my couch that I bought and really it's thanks to him and his professionalism! All the other employees should definitely follow his lead! I will only buy from Aaron here on out

Honestly, when I go furniture shopping, I get a bit nervous about sales people and being pressured into things I don't really want or need. However Aaron Gray completely changed my mind! He's very helpful in every way he could. We originally ordered a couch for a basement. When the delivery came, it was too big to fit down the stairs of our basement. :( We were bummed and this was obviously our fault. However, when we went back to the store and worked with Aaron again, he made the process very easy to get something else. He could've easily upsold us on something we didn't need, however he was genuinely concerned with getting us something that works best for us. In the end, we found what we wanted and it actually cost less than our original couch, but that didn't seem to bother Aaron. He was happy that we were happy. Our experience with RC Willey has been great and it's because of their staff and how honest and transparent they are. Thank you for a great experience! We'll definitely be back for other household good needs.

This furniture store is massive and has an impressive amount of selections to choose from. I can't recall a time walking into a Willey store that was empty. I enjoy visiting to get decorative ideas or simply looking around. We have purchased furniture and laundry sets. I can say the delivery and set up is the best I've ever encountered. They're always professional and very polite. They do an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. The delivery schedules are less to admire however, its understandable. Your given a window the day of your delivery. You're not able to select the time frame, it's a random selection. Which makes it difficult to forecast delays with delivery so, you'll often receive updates that your delivery window was pushed back. If you have a delivery in the afternoon, be prepared to reschedule your dinner plans. Otherwise, we've been pretty content with our purchases.
