College Point Multiplex Cinemas

This is my local movie theater. First time back in the theater experience was good not great. My family and I was so excited to enter to the theater everything was going great until we got to the food station. The lady was so rude and with altitude rushing me to order clearly with no customer service at all she didn't wanted to be there. I was specting friendly employees welcoming us back not rude employees

First time going to the movie theaters since before the pandemic hit and I was not disappointed. The staff were all trying to be as urgent as they can at the concession stand as well as their management. Just wish there was a separate line to pick up your concessions if you had ordered previously when you purchased your tickets online. Other than that everyone was 6ft apart in the auditorium, made it feel safe enough to enjoy the movie and eat your snacks.

My munchkin and I played arcade games before Raya* and the Lost Dragon. Bought a few snacks, and enjoyed the film. He even won a Yoshi. Mario's best friend. Loved it. I used their online option to purchase tickets and food. And it was a breeze. You also choose your seats. The reclining chair with the built-in tray was a PLUS.

College Point Multiplex Cinemas is unlike any other cinema house that I've been in. The place is so spacious that they even have arcades in their place. It doesn't make you bore while waiting for your movie to start. What I like most here is the reclining chairs because it's a lot comfortable to use than the usual cinema chairs. My friends and I are going here for almost a year and we all love every experience that we had here.
