I’ve always had a great experience with the managers there, very nice and courteous. Some clerks are not so nice, and they act as if they are forced to do their job without pay, and you owe them (they should quit if they are so miserable.) The place is always clean and the building is nice, and the people who go there are decent.
The service here is extremely poor. You can see the staffs casually chatting with one another while making a long line of customers wait. I have to wait in queue for 5 times in order to send a simple certified mail. Once it is your turn, the response from the staff members is extremely rude and impatient. No one is really available or is interested in helping you with your question.
This is absolutely the worst post office that i have ever been. I went to mail my passport and I just wanted to know know the address to put on the package and they started yelling at me to get off there line and rejoin the already long line. They belittled me in the line by telling me to get out of there line. When i addressed how rude they were they just got louder and told me they can’t serve me unless i rejoined the line. THEY ARE THE WOST AND SHOULD BE CLOSED.
STAY AWAY! DO NOT GO HERE! I needed assistance and was yelled at for not knowing how to fill it out the package form correctly. I don’t usually mail packages and just needed a hand understanding where to sign and instead of being understanding the staff yelled at me. I apologize constantly when it really wasn’t my fault since I told them this was my first time mailing a big package. Then I was yelled at to pay while I was in the middle of asking if I would be able to get the tracking number at the end. Instead of answering my question once I paid they told me to walk away and speak to the manager just to know the tracking number of the package. I didn’t do anything to deserve the hostility.
This location is okay. They do have a couple automated machines and I love the old school vibe of the building. Whenever I need service, the staff is very courteous and pleasant.nnIn the past, I had an issue with pre-paid mail that I was directed to leave at the window. They will no longer scan pre-paid packages at the window (another way for them to not be held accountable). You now must scan pre-paid packages at the kiosks. This helps them to displace the liability, as they can always say that even though it was scanned at the kiosk, they never accepted it. Whatever you do, print or email yourself the receipt that it was accepted and scanned should you need to file a claim in the future.
