My husband called because we wanted to have our kitchen remodeled. He left a message yesterday. A woman called back today stating that it is too far. Mind you we live in Palmer, which is in Hampden county, which is one the areas they advertise for.
I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. They were so helpful and professional. And had the best prices and quality that I could find. Exceeded our expectations. We got beautiful soapstone countertops for a very good price.
Thank you to Ellen, Jim, their staff and sub contractors for the fantastic work done in renovating my one and a half baths and installing hardwood flooring and painting my second floor hallway. I showed Ellen a picture of what I wanted and she helped turn fantasy into reality. I am thrilled with the result. Her design ideas were always great and very detailed. The work was high quality, on time and on budget. They are very well organized and pay great attention to detail.
Luann at Kitchen Concepts did a fantastic job getting us new Soapstone countertops in our kitchen reno. The service was A+++, professional, timely, and knowledgeable.nnThe counters look fantastic. Plus, they did not have to give me a seam behind my sink. Other contractors I priced out told me a seam was unavoidable because of how delicate soapstone is (they didn't want to transport such a long slab). Kitchen concepts got the counters installed without that seam.nnI wanted to get the project done quickly, and they were very accommodating to my timeline. I'd strongly recommend this business.
We LOVE our new kitchen from Kitchen Concepts! We tore down 2 walls and gutted the kitchen. Ellen & Jim were so easy to work with and they completed the project on time (3 weeks) and on budget! It was truly a pleasure to work with them and it has transformed our house! Will absolutely recommend them to others.
