They make you stand in the concessions line to buy tickets now. Be sure to arrive early to the movie. Very inefficient. I stood in line 10 minutes tonight to buy a ticket for a 6:40 movie. I was next in line for that amount of time. The concession stand takes forever because of food service. Bring back a separate line to purchase tickets please. This new process is horrible. I flagged down the manager on duty who let me know I was in the correct line to buy tickets. Oh great. So glad he was there talking with a staff person across the lobby instead of selling tickets to the long line of people being forced to wait in the food line.

Friendly staff and wonderful service every time I go. I live in Canandaigua, but go out of my way to come to Regal in Victor. Clean theaters and very comfortable seating, with plenty of room.

Bought my tickets through the app, went right to the ticket taker, showed them the tickets on the app and went right to the auditorium and found my seats. Easy peasy. Theater was clean and quite even though it was nearly full. Really enjoyed the movie, recommend this location without a doubt.

Our go-to movie place when we’re in Rochester. Big, reservable, luxurious seats! Staff was friendly and approachable.
