I cannot recommend Lucy Blooms enough! Clarissa and her team were fantastic to work with. She was kind, flexible, and understanding while I was navigating, what seemed to be never ending, changes to the wedding because of the ongoing pandemic. She was very responsive to any questions I had, and I felt extremely comfortable reaching out to her with questions. The flowers were amazing! I could not have been happier with them! I could not stop looking at my bouquet! Not only did I have centerpieces and an arbor, I also requested a memory bouquet for a deceased relative to have at the wedding. She created a piece that was beautiful and memorable. I would absolutely recommend using Lucy Blooms and look forward to using her services again in the future.
I stumbled on Lucy Blooms completely by chance and I'm so, so glad I did. Even though I had a very small wedding, there was a surprising amount of planning and decision making that went into it. The flowers were by far the easiest part and I have Clarissa to thank for that. She somehow was able to design my perfect elopement bouquet using only a few references pictures and a vague description of what I was looking for. Her responsiveness and client service is next level. Working with her was an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend.
Clarissa could not have done a better job on the flowers for my wedding. First, she was able to channel my totally incoherent babble about what I wanted into a clear, cohesive floral vision. Second, she was great at responding to communication, punctual and professional on the day, and worked with us through the painful task of converting our 150-person wedding into a 12-person backyard wedding due to the Coronavirus. Third, she turned a backyard that I have seen thousands of times into a magic, romantic space with its own mood and elegance, making a day that could have felt like a “Plan B” into something incredibly special. I spent HOURS on pinterest looking at floral design, and I have never seen anything like what she put together. It was unique and special and unforgettable. She’s phenomenal!!
I ordered a floral crown for my friend's birthday, with the hope it would be a nice surprise despite social distancing. I called Lucy Blooms the day before my friend's birthday, and the next day they delivered a *gorgeous* wreath/crown. The associate who answered the phone was extremely helpful and assisted me in finding the perfect option. I am so thankful for their assistance in treating my friend to a beautiful birthday gift! She loved it!
Online ordering was super easy. Definitely ordering flowers here all the time from this point forward. I really like the flowers in my bouquets, very pretty. Thank you.
