Good wash but pulling in is kinda steep my Subaru bottomed out and put big dent in front bumber driver side
My first time using this facility paid the fee drove in to begin wash and it never came on.nLeft feeling annoyed and disappointed. Phoned # on receipt and left message of what happened. Customer service was very polite and efficient getting back to me and gave me code to return for my wash at a later date.nUpgraded my wash to the best offer.nHowever once I went through the wash and was done my car was clean in some areas and other areas left very dirty where machine didn’t seem to hit. Would not go to this facility again . Sorry ud83dude22

Car wash itself is decent but not as good as some of the newer touch free machines, doesnt rinse for very long or efficiently enough, some soap residue should be expected. My biggest complaint about this place is the entrance and exit. I drive a 2018 Subaru Sti and with the factory lip kit I scraped the front both going in and out of this place, its a huge steep incline on both entrances. Even though I crabwalked in and out I still rubbed and my car is not modified. It really needs an entrance on the side street. So a lot of sports cars that are even lower than mine will lose their bumpers, keep that in mind. Besides that this place is probably the best touch free place between Greenfield and Northampton.
Drove out there around midnight on Thursday to get a head start with my polishing tomorrow. Google Review said this was a 24-hour facility and most of the reviews were acceptable. Although the building was lit up and one of the garage doors was open, both credit/cash machines said that the car wash was closed and that they will open on Sunday at 6:00 am. Called the number listed on the building, but got voicemail. Wasted trip. Hope this was a fluke or the owner needs to update his new hours.
