RIT Libraries

One of the best libraries in Monroe county. From the layout to the staff it's not only a great campus resource, it's a peaceful retreat from the busy college life. You'll find a great salt water fish tank on the first floor along with the RIT Javas coffee shop!nnTrust us, go chill, get a drink, do some research or find a quiet corner to nap in. It's a great building!

The libraries are nice and quiet, good for studying and getting things done. It's the only one I know of so it has to be good. My only gripes are that they close at midnight, which is quite early for a college library, and it is relatively small. I could see this place getting very crowded during finals week.

With regard to cleanliness, the library is DISGUSTING!!! The toilets on the third floor don't work. The odor in every bathroom is awful. Not a single area in the library looks like it has seen the business end of a mop, vacuum, dust rag, or can of disinfectant - Ever! Even the windows are disgusting!
