My mother-in-law and I came here and did a month of yoga from a GroupOn and fell in love with it! They have an awesome variety of classes and instructors, and at times that worked well with our schedules. We loved the Yin Yoga especially, as it was a wonderful end to the evening before bed. I will certainly be returning here in the future!

I love this place because it's like one stop shopping for self-care. Combining yoga and massage in one studio is such a smart idea. This is also the only place the offers Ashiatsu in the Salt Lake Valley so that shouldn't be missed. All of the women who work here are very knowledgable and professional and kind. It's my favorite place for massage in Draper and the least expensive yoga passes in the valley!

Had a serious knot in my back, got in on short notice and best massage I can remember. Great overall experience.

[Reviewing the yoga aspect only] This place is not for me. I attended the Thursday morning 'All Level Yoga' class. The yoga studio is extremely small -- with the canvas partition closed the area is something like 18' x 30' estimated, barely room for 6 participants plus the instructor to fit cozily. My session today had 7 participants. I was in the row with 4 people spread across the short width of the room. I was almost right up against the canvas curtain on one side & too close for comfort to the next person on the other, so that any time I would spread my arms outward (i.e. 'reverse swan dive') I was reaching into the canvas & taking care not to brush the other person. I'm 6'3" to make matters worse. Our instructor was nice, positive, and helpful in adjusting our poses. I had some hang-ups about the experience though: At one point she left the room briefly to grab her cell phone, and later checked it again briefly mid-class -- disappointing, disrespectful, interruptive, unprofessional. She began the class initiating a moderately slow & intentional breath pattern and said we would be using this rhythm as we move through our poses, but for being a general yoga class we were often swept through one pose into another much too quickly (even as we were hearing "Now exhale slowly into 'X' pose, and then move into 'Y' pose") which didn't really accommodate the rhythm established at the start -- I feel that in basic/general yoga, quality should be emphasized over quantity. I felt great afterward of course, and I was encouraged by the pricing initially, but I won't return. Can't do it, if only because the space is just way too small if more than 6 people show up.

My wife is pregnant and has been looking forward to the massage for a long time. After we left she couldn't stop crying because of how disappointed she was in the massage. She felt bad for spending so much money on something she didn't enjoy. She said I gave better massages (that's not good). The person who was qualified to give prenatal massages had never had kids and made it really clear she didn't know what she was doing by constantly saying stuff like "I should go back to school and learn more because I don't know what you are and aren't allowed to do". These massages where a little pricey so I was really let down when the massage wasn't that good.
