I have a serious concern over how over full this court is for the exact same traffic violations. Why are people not exercising their rights more of not guilty. Officers make mistakes like anyone else. To see a packed building with a line outside the building is excessive Representing someone is not indicative of being an attorney it is however indictive of assisting someone in need. Respect is a two way street.

I assisted a relative in the process of navigating traffic court.nIt's cramped. They definitely need more space and larger hallways.nnAs courts go, this one offers a fairly streamlined process. The security guard and the clerk at the window were polite and helpful. You're going to be there for a few hours; the hallways are small with little ventilation, and you'll be elbow to elbow with people of different cultures, varied states of sobriety and personal hygiene- all complaining that they weren't actually on their phone, or weren't going as fast as the cop said they were. I admire the judges and court personnel for having to deal with the endless stream of BS and lies told by every other defendant.nThe interesting part is sitting and watching court. There was an arraignment of a drunk driver that was dressed in a Tyvek suit, with hair caked in mud.nThere was another arraigned for criminal contempt, with $10,000 bail.nnMost 1st time ticket offenders seemed content to plea to a parking ticket along with traffic school. It's an eye-opener seeing the endless parade of people going before the judge, having been charged with no license, no insurance, or even passing a stopped school bus.n.nMy niece hopefully learned to stay off the phone while driving.

Much better than dealing with court in Downtown Buffalo. Hopefully you don't need to be here though. If you're reading this review, well, it's not like you have much of a choice. Enjoy traffic court ud83dude1c

Tonawanda's cops (at least the majority of the ones on the night shift) are massive douchebags. When it comes to traffic court, expect to stand in line for at least 2 hrs before speaking w/the DA (no seating is offered while in line). After that, it's another 1-2hr wait to talk to the judge -_-
