Grand Island Town Hall

I needed a document notarized and pictures taken for a permit. It was all professionally done to perfection!

Some renovations going on. Be prepared to sign in and have temperature taken. Very nice staff and very clean.

No handicap access to the 2nd floor. It is so nice when you can't walk and park infront of the laundromat to run in and geab your clothes that the wonderful police of grand island have nothing better to do then give you a ticket for parking in a fire lane. I have seen cars parking there for 10 minutes and no ticket. Merry Christmas to me..

we stopped by the town hall to discuss a pool permit. we were given a schematic and went on our way. we were never told we needed to use a town approved electrician and when we called to get a list of them (once an electrician mentioned this detail to us) they refused to email the list and we had to stop back to pick up the list. we then got everything set (pool installation booked, picked out an electrician, etc.) and called to figure out our next steps. once they had the information from the installers, they told us to stop and drop off the schematic and pick up the permit. we head back down to town hall and wait 20 minutes only to be told the person previously helping us was at lunch and we should stop by later. it is 2020. people work and are busy. who has time to stop for things that should be emailed and stop multiple times because someone is at lunch?!

As always a wonderful experience. The ladies at the town hall are always polite and helpful. Thank youud83dude00
