This is the second time we’ve used Ogden’s flooring and we have a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful service in store. Great selection of very good quality carpet. Our last house the carpet was over 2 years old and still looked brand new and was still extremely soft. Installers did a great job and were very friendly and fast while keeping quality. Definitely would recommend Ogden’s flooring and I will continue to use them in the future
I have worked with John Cox at Ogden’s before and he always does such a great job of taking care of our needs. He is great to respond to texts and phone calls quickly. He has great recommendations on type of carpet and color. He accommodated our needs to have an installation done quickly on a home we were trying to sell! Prices and quality are great! I called Ogden‘s flooring and design on a Tuesday, I wasn’t 100% sure of the exact carpet I wanted. My customer service rep, Dashawn, worked with me and sent me pictures back-and-forth. He was so helpful. He helped me pick out exactly what I wanted and got me an amazing price. And it was installed Thursday morning. I am so satisfied and happy. As soon as I’m ready to finish my basement, and redo my whole house I’m definitely going with Ogden Flooring and design!
We were looking for carpet to finish our basement, and Ogden flooring had an awesome selection and the best prices! We worked specifically with Tyson at the Riverton location, and he was super helpful. He answered every question we had, and made sure we got the best deal possible! We will definitely be using them again for any other flooring needs!
Daeshaun took such good care of us! We are selling our house and needed to get flooring ASAP to put it on the market. His customer service was awesome and he got us in quickly for the install!
