This is probably one of the best and most convenient installation projects/processes I have been part of in quite some time. I workednwith Jake, the Sales and Design Rep. who was super accommodating. He came to my home more than once, showed me swatches that we thought would meet my needs, I chose what I wanted and then we scheduled the installation, simple as that. I never had to go to the store to do anything which was great with my work schedule. They came to install the carpet when they were scheduled to install it. The installersnwere super nice guys, very professional and respectful and detail conscious which I very much appreciated. The work went as planned andnlooked great. They were flexible enough to work around my schedule which was helpful. They would have even moved my furniture if Inwanted but I did it myself to try and keep the cost of the project down as much as possible. Can't say enough good things about thisnexperience. I would definitely recommend them based on this experience.
I wanted to replace both the bathroom and kitchen/hallway flooring. Jake and the crew were very good about showing me lots of options and explaining each one. Their pricing and timing to get the job done were more than fair. Their installer was a great guy who did a very neat job. I couldn't be happier with my new flooring!
Water tank broke this summer flooded my whole basement I had carepet installed not even two years ago from Baystate rug and flooring went to go get a quote from Baystate rug and flooring they were asking way to much went to 10 other carpet places same thing. found advanced rug and flooring on a ad on Instagram so I I check them out went down in person talked to Jake and we found the carept we loved came over the same day for Measurements and in a week everything came in special order and now everything looks great and I'm very happy with my decision in going with advanced rug and flooring!
