We ordered a stove that, once delivered, did not fit as expected. They were quick to respond and fix the issue. We we’re prepping to host a small post-funeral gathering for our family and they ensured that a new stove was in place with time to spare. We could not be happier with their service! They are a true testament to the benefit of shopping local!!

After two botched attempts to buy/have delivered a gas range from Manny's and Home Depot, Besko's came through for me. Manny's tried to deliver to me a smashed range, which I refused, and Home Depot called me the day before delivery to tell me that it would be delayed for another 10 days. I had paid for two gas disconnect/connect service calls, and if I had waited for Home Depot to redeliver, I would have had to pay for a third connect fee. Stopped by Besko's, found a stove on the showroom floor, they matched the Home Depot price, delivered it the next day so it could be connected without having to pay for a third connection charge. I'm going there from now on.nnUpdate: went back to purchase a dishwasher and over the stove microwave. Again, price-matched and delivered and installed on time. Support your local businesses!

I highly recommend Besko’s. I have purchased two different appliances and received excellent service each time. They were exceptionally accommodating with my recent refrigerator purchase after my first choice proved to be a poor fit for my needs. I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and went to Besko's as a result of the recommendation from our realtor. We were not disappointed. It is a small appliance store but the service, product information, guidance and advice offered was more than we expected. We purchased a new washer and dryer at comparable cost to other retailers and with a lot more confidence in our purchase. The delivery was exceptional and installation went smoothly. I would highly recommend Besko's to anyone looking for appliances. Well done Besko's!

I purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher from Besko's, and was very pleased with the customer support I have received. When I had a problem with the motor in my dishwasher, Chris from Besko's came right out and took care of it. He worked with my schedule, and made repeated visits to ensure that everything was working well. It is great to do business with a company that stands by its products and treats customers with such courtesy!
