Visited the studio last week in search of an accent table lamp for the foyer. Thoroughly enjoyed looking at all of the lamps and home decor art creations. Because of the large selection and multiple options we were able to take home two lamps and several shades to help us decide which made our decision easier. We can't thank Robin enough for all of her assistance.
Their customer service is as wonderful as their exquisite lamps!nWhen I contacted Ugone lamps about a small problem (the cord had gotten twisted from much heavy use over a decade), their response was beyond positive and helpful.They gave me detailed instructions on how to remedy the problem and the option to speak with their electrician if I needed to. They even checked back with me a few days later to make sure the problem was solved!
The studio and the people who create there generate such a welcoming atmosphere. It's a joyful place for customers looking for the perfect lighting fixture. I found three gorgeous lamps that have cozily transformed my space. Every time I turn them on, I smile!

These lamps are amazing. Over the years we have been adding them to our home collection. They aren't just lamps....they are works of art that we feel make our house a home. We currently own three floor lamps, and four table lamps. We always get compliments when friends and family visit. Now when we give a gift for a house warming a Janna Uqone lamp is received with much appreciation.
