They do not disappoint. I've used other carriers but local is the way to go if you want a beautiful bouquet of flowers.
Have had great experiences with two orders. Recipient loved arrangements.
Did not deliver on time and did not follow instructions for contactless delivery. I called the shop back and was spoken at by a clearly overwhelmed receptionist, who very curtly informed me that the recipient could come pick it up themselves or to call back before 2pm. I called back twice well before their 2pm cut-off to confirm that someone was indeed home, and was sent to right to voicemail after a few rings.nn.
I went here exploring the town when I moved here.It was interesting to see gifts, some furniture and of course many beautiful variety of flowers.nThe staff was nice and suggestive as I was over whelmed with the choices. I since moved away but I still use this florist as I know what they have and they do a creative arrangement especially in my budget.nIt makes downtown Cortland nice to see a shop where you can buy flowers but also gifts. It is diversified.
Used this florist for my wedding. Great selection and could order online. They called me and coordinated final details the week of and were extremely helpful in providing suggestions for improvement in terms of colors and arrangements. Were very reliable in delivery and had no issues!
