What I paid for, what I paid , and what I received. There is nobody to speak to, there is a chance also that your order won’t be delivered the day requested. They can also choose to sub without letting you know. Why choose - your not going to get what you paid for when you need it. I would like to give ZERO STARS.

The sympathy flowers were delivered after the viewing, the bamboo was dead and brown, flowers were wilted and there was no card included! 50% refund is an insult and means you don't stand up for your service and product.

I never write reviews. But I had a horrible experience with these people.nThey are awful. I ordered a corsage for prom 14 days ahead of time, and they called me 10 am 5/31/2019 on the prom day saying the florist does not have the exact flowers. I said that is ok use other flowers with same colors. They called again on 1 pm saying the same thing, and at 4pm meaning 2 hours before the prom somebody called, and said we are sorry we can not deliver the corsage!!! The amount of frustration, and agrevation these people gave me 2 hours left to the event is unbelievable. They are very unprofessional, irresponsible, and expensive.Their customer service is awful . I ended up getting a much prettier corsage from a local flower shop for half the price. Please do not order from Teleflora ever!!!nP.S I would have given them a negative star point if it was possible!!!
