So, I drove 1.5 hours amd walked ten minutes in 101 degree heat - just to find these clowns couldn't be bothered to chamge their hours on the internet.
I visited three used book stores and Northampton today and this was my favorite. It had a library type feel to it and such a wide variety of used books at reasonable prices. The owner seemed very laidback and kind. Because it is not on Main Street and in the basement, it may get overlooked. However, it’s a block from Main Street and IMHO the best of the three stores that I visited today.
The books play second fiddle. Henry is the real treasure.
Excellent used bookstore!
Really great selection with lots of obscure older books, super cheap. Doesn't take credit cards though.
