Jay is simply fantastic. This is our third visit back. Just pierced my daughters septum. He was truly empathetic, compassionate, fast, efficient and truly on point. He is a master of his craft. All of the staff is warm, welcoming and simply fantastic people, We make a point of stopping in just to say Hi and appreciate them for who they are and what they do.

They were so great, Jay explained everything in a way that didn't make me squeamish (I told him I have a phobia of needles) was super professional and quick, and the peircing turned out amazing. Would definitely return for a future piercing. Pricing was really decent, my total was 75 including my jewelry
