Extremely untrustworthy. Screwed up my parent's taxes and then stopped responding to their emails. Negligent and unresponsive.

Spencer was very helpful to me and my family initially, after we retained him for some eldercare guidance around transitioning my mother to assisted living, veterans survivor benefits and more. For some reason after a couple of years, he stopped responding to emails and did not return phone calls. If he was not interested in our case I would have appreciated a response from him or his office, with a copy of the file.
