Great customer service and extremely professional!! I recently bought a gold chain from Joseph Jacob Jewelers, and the manager Eddie helped me pick out the perfect one. He gave me an education about gold that is worth a 1000 words! I would definitely go back to Joseph Jacob Jewelers, these people are amazing!

I worked with Eddy to have the perfect ring made. The setting was a little complicated, but they made it, and it is beautiful! I gave my range, and what i was looking for, and Eddy brought in some amazing diamonds, and then one he knew i'd love, and he was right. it was perfect, and my fiance cant stop talking about how much it sparkles. We are both in love with it! Quality work and quality employees! Eddy is the best!

I purchased a wedding band at the end of last year and I couldn’t be happier with it. Firstly, the wedding band I liked was in white gold but I like yellow one better and they made the same ring in yellow gold for me. Two weeks later it was ready. They worked fast and the band looked exactly the same as the one they had at the store. I was not careful enough while wearing it and two diamonds fell so I took it back to the store and they without charging me any fees and taking only a week fixed it. I’m very happy with my purchase!
