Heidi was absolutely wonderful, personable and kind. My fiancee and I went to her for our weddings rings and she was so patient and determined to find us the perfect bands for our personalities. She had us trying on things we didn't even think we would want and we were surprised at what we wound up with. Id very much recommend her!

The staff at Zales are helpful, professional, classy, good with pointing out great sales and efficient. Also they can be interpersonal, which help take the stress off the purchase.

Dropped off my fiance's engagement ring for repair,3 weeks ago,ring has full insurance on it,now they tell her another 3 weeks. Just lost me as a customer . What a shame spent a lot of money in that store.
