Very unpleasant stuff in particular the store manager Carol as well Diane ( the main manager ) I’m not surprised that the stores are closing. Unfortunately in today’s economy you need to accommodate your clients but I guess the Bridgewater location does not care about that aspect. I tried to exchange the exact same pants for a smaller size but I was unable to. Still shaking my head in disbelief. I was told rules are rules and even though I have asked to exchange the same pair of pants, the same color and of course the same price Carol would not help me. I guess they don’t care about keeping their clients happy. Well, big mistake as I’m not going to shop there anymore. More unhappy client like myself and this store is going to go out of business.

A great store where my shops. The store is well lit, well organized and adequately stock. Friendly personnel, especially Pam the store manager who helped me out
