Cute little shop but I am a little disappointed. My engagement ring is from here, and in one years time the prongs have broken and the main stone has fallen out twice. My ring is gorgeous and I love it so much, but ever since day 1, there has been enough wiggle room for the prongs on my ring to catch things, whether it be my hair, my shirt, the fuzz of my jacket, etc. I figured this would be an issue, and it has been. It seems as though all they can do, or what they have offered, is to fix it when it breaks. So even though a few prongs are able to catch on things, until it breaks off, I don’t know if they can fix it. I got the ring in July, needed repair in October, now again at the end of August, just over a year of having it, another prong has broken and my stone fell off for a second time.nThey were very good about repairing it the first time it happened (only a couple months after I had gotten the ring). It’s just unfortunate because it’s an hour away, I have a baby, and their hours are very limited so I have not been able to contact them yet in regards to the second break.
