She was very helpful in adding a finish to my ring and resizing it. The employee's in the Orem Fred Meyer Jewelers office (before it closed) were a little pushy and odd but the ones here are great!

Wow, everyone here is so nice . I needed a watch adjusted and Becky made sure to make it her mission to fix my problem. Karen, the manager is so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable of jewelry. I had a wonderful experience at this Fred Meyer location. I will definitely come back.

We will never again be ordering from this store. We were told that they had the size in stock, when we went to purchase it, we were then told that we had to order it. Which is fine, but the girl with the long red hair and glasses was extremely rude, and told us we would not be able to find anything anywhere else because she knows everything. The way she was speaking to us was unacceptable, and she offered no other help. And we actually did find a ring that would be here in time, and took out business elsewhere. Would give 0 stars if I could.

So helpful and friendly! I went in to buy a necklace exactly like the one I lost. They worked so hard to find the only one left in the entire country at another store in PA, and they are shipping it here for me to pick up! THANK YOU to everyone at Fred Meyers in South Jordan. I don't know about their more expensive jewelry, but their childrens' jewelry has sadly not held up. I needed some 14k earrings for my 10-year old's sensitive ears and just wanted something basic. When we got home and I took them out of the box, I was surprised that the stems were so short and the back so tiny! We had bought probably the most basic pair, on sale, with a coupon (which was great), but less than a week later, one of the backs had slipped off and the earring was lost in the neighborhood pool. A few minutes later my daughter touched her other ear to find that that back to the 2nd earring had broken in two! Luckily we caught the earring in time before it, too, was lost in the pool. So one week after the purchase date, I went back to the store to see if they'd at least give me a new back for the broken one. I didn't expect them to do anything about the lost earring because, well, it was lost. I told them what had happened and got the run down on how I should have purchased insurance on the earrings (which would double the price of the earrings), I should have purchased the screw-on-back type, which were twice as much as the pair we got, and that the childrens' earrings they sell just aren't that great of quality. The saleslady told me because they didn't carry tiny replacement backs that she couldn't just replace it and that I'd have to purchase a new, different back. I wasn't willing to spend more money on these brand new earrings so I said I guess there's nothing they could do, got my broken back back, and was just going to leave. Then the saleslady said there was nothing SHE could do, but her manager could. After telling me I was too angry, they ran a $0 transaction and gave me a replacement back, of which I was grateful. I guess I could have been more patient, but I didn't like hearing there was nothing they could do... So, buyer beware: yeah, you get what you pay for. At a different FM Jewelry I'd purchased myself some tiny 14k gold hoops. I don't recall if they were from the childrens' section or the other, but I have bought myself childrens'-sized earrings before. After a time, one of my hoops, too, broke, and it would be almost as much as a new pair to fix them. I had them for quite a while, so figured they broke due to age. I do wonder, though, if they were from the childrens' section and just not very strong. I'd like to find a place that sells a bit better quality childrens' 14k gold.
