I had a large puzzle framed that I did with my mother and daughter. I have had it hung in my office for 1 year and the pieces are bulging. I brought the frame back to be fixed as the idea was this should have lasted me decades. Instead she told me I was responsible since I glued it. When I reminded her that she glued it for me, she told me that's what happens to puzzles after 1 year. I just wanted it fixed. Instead I was treated rudely. I paid over $300 for a puzzle to be framed for 1 year to then be treated horribly. Horrible customer service!

Friendly, fast service at a reasonable price. Frida helped me select a shadowbox mat and frame for an unusual wood block print. The result was very professional and showcased the print perfectly. Definitely recommended!

I love my frame!! Frida did an amazing job on my wedding photograph. I told her that I was surprising my wife for our anniversary and she had it done in 3 days!! I totally recommend Art and Framing Gallery. She even gift wrapped it for me without me asking. Thank you so much Frida
