I love “Made By Mary” jewelry!! I have purchased several pieces, and given the “Mama & Co” (I believe this is the name) as a gift to my MIL. It is her favorite piece, that she never takes off. I rarely take off my necklace (I shower with it on and everything), and it has never lost its finish. The chain has never broken. I was so surprised to see the negative reviews on here stating similar issues. Also, Made By Mary customer service is amazing!! I had a question, and received a thorough and thoughtful response the next day. When I received my order (within 10 days of ordering 😊) it was beautifully packaged. I can’t wait to give it as a Christmas gift! Lastly, the pieces are very reasonably priced for the quality, promptness of delivery for a custom piece, and customer service. I can’t say enough about MBM. 💞

I purchased this case a little less than a year ago. It’s gently used to stash jewelry in the house and, on occasion, for travel. Unfortunately, the glue they use to bind the necklace compartment is unreliable and my case is coming apart at both edges. Customer service claims that their “faulty pieces” are only covered for 60 days from purchase, and recommends that I purchase a new case. Maybe it’s just me, but I’d hope that a $75 case would last longer than a year with gentle use and surely be covered under a manufactures warranty when “faulty” for longer than two months.

UGGGHHHH!!!! I wanted so badly to leave an amazing review. Their products are so cute. I purchased a pair of live in hoops for almost $30 and afters taking them out two times they BROKE IN HALF!!! I was so upset. I sent pictures to the support team and the best they could offer me was 10% off for a new pair!!! For a pair of earrings that expensive and they claim to be durable truly earrings you CAN LIVE IN I was so disappointed that that was the best they could offer me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM when their products BREAK SO EASILY.

Being related to someone who worked at this company and hearing how badly the people who actually do a lot of the work get treated makes me so angry, they are over priced and are also not taking this pandemic seriously as in having many cases and lying/keeping it a secret from other employees, their turnover rate is absolutely insane due to poor management. I will never endorse them or buy their products.
