From start to finish wonderful experience. The rings are obviously gorgeous and unique. I must comment on the attention to detail and service. Incredible! The speed of delivery, communication and even the little touches like caramel and silicon ring. My fiance is thrilled that he was able to design is own unique wedding ring and I'm just so happy he's happy. We'll be back when it's time to upgrade! First of all the selection is amazing. There are so many combinations to build. I went with a custom design with wood I lays and I absolutely love it. The customer service was the best I've ever experience from any retailer I've ever dealt with, ever. When I was having trouble logging in online and wondering about the status of my ring, Alli from Lashbrook literally texted me with a photo of the ring glowing in the forge! And gave me precise info on when I should expect it, and followed up after I received it. Just over and above. The ring turned out so nice to. Exactly like what was in the image online. And the sizing process was so quick and efficient. They send you 2 sizes above and below what you select, and you email back which one fits best. The ring fits perfectly. I am marrying the love of my life in a few days and wanted a nice ring. I searched, went to a few jewelry stores but just could fine the right one. It was important to find something that I would be proud to give him....since he spent a lot of money on my engagement and wedding rings. The selection was extensive but the ease to design the perfect ring was such a relief. I recently received the ring and he tried it on...it was perfect. I was beyond impressed with Lashbrook. We were able to customize my fiancé’s wedding ring and he absolutely loves it. He designed it himself and they executed it perfectly. I received continuous updates of the status of the ring without even asking. It only took a few weeks from when we designed it to when it showed it to my house. Ali was great! She text me frequently with pictures of the ring and let me know how the progress was coming along. She even checked after we received the ring to make sure we were happy with it. The quality of the ring couldn’t be better! I will never go through a jeweler again...we will only use Lashbrook!

Everything turned out great! The packaging was such a sweet and unique touch that really made a difference in the delivery process. The ring is beautiful! Huge thanks to their customer service team. They were so helpful and Ali was such a great source of contact. Lashbrook is an amazing company!
