Trey did an amazing job! I don’t know if this is standard procedure or not, but they came and cleaned our carpets the same day we called. Trey was polite, professional, and efficient. The price was awesome, as well. We will be using B&R Chem Dry for all of our future carpet cleaning.

This was THE BEST carpet cleaning service I've ever had. They were quick and communicated with me very well. My carpets seriously look brand new. It is very light carpet and showed all the traffic. I couldn't even see the traffic spots when they were done! And all the stains were gone, too. AMAZING! The owner Randy also came to clean our hardwoods. It was nice to be taken care of by the owner himself. He is very honest and does the best thing for his customer. We will book with them again every single time!

This company has raised the bar in carpet & rug cleaning. They came out and accessed the carpets and high end wool rugs and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They also cleaned our tile throughout our main floor. First I want to comment about the professionalism and care they took with my home. Second it was such a delightful experience with Iszach and owner Randy. They were very upfront with changes that I made adding to the service. Seven stars for these guys. If you have had upsell experiences with Zerores than you need to change to these guys like I did. B&R are my go to carpet, rug & tile cleaning guys going forward. Thank you Iszach & Randy 🙏🏻🇺🇸😀

B&R stands behind their products/work. They cleaned my carpets and did an amazing job. I had to have them return as I had a pet odor that came back after they originally cleaned my carpets. They were incredible, no questions asked and they arrived with in 2 days of me calling them. I highly recommend using them. I know I will have them clean my carpets again!

I had a toddler urinate on a couch. 😳 B&R ChemDry were able to accommodate me they next day, they were professional and clean-cut (something I appreciate when technicians enter my home), and they were very thorough deep cleaning and sanitizing my couch. I’m so grateful!
