Awesome to work with! There was even a problem (no fault of theirs) and their communication was over the top and amazing. So helpful and great work.
So I turned my dry cleaning in on Wednesday they scheduled it for a Friday pickup. I was running late on Friday so rather than speed to get there I looked on line and seen they were open Saturday until 4:00 p.m. So I showed up on Saturday at 9:10 to find there door was locked and the store was closed. I needed my dry cleaning (suit and two dress shirts) for Sunday. So I had to go to the store and buy a pair of pants and a shirt.
I went into the business on Tuesday (due to the fact that it was the day after a Memorial Day weekend) The gal was not helpful at all and said it wasn’t their fault. I proceeded to explain the situation and she refused to refund my money. I find this to be unacceptable and I will not frequent this business again!
I recently just moved into the area, and I'll be honest, i was a bit hesitant to go to this place due to the reviews. But since it was the closest one to me, I decided to give it a try. I was greeted by this sweet, old lady. She answered all my concerns with great enthusiasm. Besides the amazing customer service, the shirts came back perfectly. They gave just the right amount a starch! I'll definitely be coming here from now on.
Today I stood at the door for 20 min when they were supposed to be open ... called another location to check andcthey said the guy was running late....5 min is running late, not over 20 min! I had to leave as I would have been late to my prior obligations. This isn’t the first time this has happened and very frustrating. Not how to run a business
I read a slew of negative Google reviews after I'd already dropped off a suit jacket to be dry cleaned. Horrified, I prepared myself for the worst. However, my experience was actually quite positive.
When the jacket was finished, they sent an email letting me know I could pick it up. I called to verify their hours, and the employee was very polite on the phone. When I got there, she was quick to come to the counter and to retrieve my hanger. Having been prepared by reviewers, I inspected the jacket before I paid. It was clean as could be. There wasn't so much as lint on it.
I'll be coming again!
