This place is magic! I have taken several pairs of pants here and am always happy with the results.
I've been sending my cleaning to Mr. Lee for a while now. I had a concern with 3 of my pants but was not sure if the problem was a result of the dry cleaning process or not. I reviewed it with their team, they took the time to explain the process and we both tried to determine how what happened could have been from the dry cleaning. Neither of us could make the connection but they still wanted to research more. They called and we discussed and together decided it was not the dry cleaning process. Most companies would have just told me to go to Hell. They listened, took a team approach and we made a team decision. I was so impressed with their kindness, care and actions! Even when we determined it was not their fault, they went the extra mile. That, my friends, is true customer service! Thank Mr. Lee's Cleaners team!
We love Mr. Le’s. They treat you like family. They are the best in town for alterations. We trust them with all our business.
I got 3 things pressed and it was over $40! Absolute rip off. Also, there was a sign on their door that said to pay or vacate meaning they were likely late on their rent. I was terrified I would not get my items back. I will never being something there again.
I go here for alterations and dryclean when I'm in town. Great service and quick turnaround. The lady that helped me is a very nice and kind. She doesn't charge missionaries dryclean. I would go her again.
