I love using zero Rez! I feel like I have brand new carpet whenever they come. Always on time, efficient, and they get the stains off my high traffic areas — stairs!!!—- that my family of 7 climb multiple times a day. Just this last visit I had a random small cushion my toddler had smeared vasaline on. The technician got it out no problem. It was awesome! I highly recommend zero Rez.

Very disappointing experience with this company. Things seemed fine right up until the technician gave us the choice for an additional service which he then made mandatory after we declined. He told us there were too many "bio spots" (sorry that we have kids and a couple pets, I guess?), that a standard cleaning would "activate" them, and that it would be a health hazard for him and our family. So we either had to pay more than twice the quoted amount (for safety, of course) or they would back out of the project. We decided to go with another cleaning company, who had zero issues with our extremely deadly "bio spots" and didn't use fear tactics to pressure us into extra services. EDIT: Called in and had an honest conversation with Hasa, who was nice enough. Though I was not impressed that the number goes to a call center with a phone menu and everyone you talk to sounds like a "manager". She said that they have a waiver for situations like ours, but was unable to explain why that wasn't presented as an option. Since we had already gone with another company, the best she could do was offer a credit for a future service. If applied to their final quote, it would come out to a 12.5% discount after the 100% markup. Yeah, I think I'll pass...

Zerorez was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn’t be happier. The carpet looks amazing! They were able to remove some old stains (drink and pet) that I thought for sure wouldn’t come out. Austin was great. He explained the available options and the process thoroughly and answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again.

Zerorez has been extremely easy to work with. I live out of state and they were able to accommodate our requests. They have responded to each of my emails and texts in a timely manner. They communicated prior to arriving at the house and were upfront about fees. Very happy with our experience!

They are fantastic. Our tech Mitchell was superb. Very helpful and so kind to our little ones who were curious what he was doing. He was able to get out most of our stains but we still have a pesky charcoal stain that I sure will be here forever! All food and pet stains are gone including lipstick. Gotta love kids. Can't say enough good things. The carpet looks great and it smells amazing. Thank you so much ZEROREZ. Definitely will be a returning customer
