I’ve used them weekly for 10 years now for my home. Now I use them for my Assisted Living facilities, and for all of my laundry at my home, and I couldn’t give them a higher review. I have never seen any business try so hard to make sure I was happy. If you ever have an issue, they work extremely hard to make sure you’re taken care of. And I see this with everyone they serve. I would highly recommend them.

Don’t go unless you want your item lost with no empathy from the employees. Worst dry cleaning experience. They basically took 6 days to tell me they lost my very expensive skirt suit. When I tried to explain that I needed thrm to find it ASAP due to the value they showed no empathy. I had to call around to their different locations to track down my own items that they lost.

Wow, what can I say? The worst customer service I have ever received. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Don't expect them to take any responsibility, and don't expect them to be timely.

Mr. Le's uses text-bots to spam their promotions to mobile numbers. It's invasive and interruptive on our personal mobile devices. Patronizing them funds bad business practices that invade our private lives. Don't do it!

Dear Mr. Le's Cleaners: I am writing to inform you that I am breaking up with your company. I have been a loyal customer for the past four years, but ever since new management has taken over there has been a never-ending list of disappointments and bad quality: Changing opening hours from 7 to 8 am making it difficult to stop by before work, charging higher prices for worse quality, charging for daily pick-up, a text message service that doesn't work (sending me incorrect texts)...but the last straw has been that more than half the time I bring in clothes for dry cleaning they actually are returned to me with no cleaning at all! It is like playing the lottery to see if the clothes I bring in actually get returned in a way that I can even wear them. Whenever I bring up the quality issues with the store managers, I get the same sheepish shrug of:"Golly gee, I guess as we have consolidated operations to drive down costs we have forgotten who actually pays the bills--our customers." Well, this customer has not forgotten how to vote with his money, and I will be trying out your competition. Break-ups are hard, it didn't need to be this way.
