Bill came to clean my tank and he was very very thorough and he was very detail oriented and giving me a list of instructions on how to better take care of my fish he came and responded immediately to my request I am very pleased with the service that I got and I highly recommend them to come clean your tank they saved my day and relieved a lot of my anxiety

During March Service call, the automatic food dispenser was not refilled, so there was period of time that fish food was not being delivered automatically.nAlso, the bottle of liquid water detoxifier was empty and a replacement bottle was not left in its place. I had to go out and purchase a replacement bottle at Petco (cost of $15.98 to the fire company), prior to “topping off water level” in the aquarium.nnBoth of the above items would seem to be part of a service call protocol; please let me know if this is incorrect and that the fire company has the responsibility to manage and maintain both items.nPresident M. Billy is professional, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I inherited my Betta from a friend who moved back to England, and reading the internet and some conflicting information, I knew I had to speak with someone professional. Well luckily I contacted the Fish Guys first and Billy put me on track. He's patient and experienced, asks the right questions, and my Betta is thriving and happy again. I highly recommend the Fish Guys 5+ stars!
