The staff are always pleasant and eager to help you. Unlike several other dry cleaners, I've never had any burned buttons with Trailside. I had a problem with belt loops getting worn down on the outside on some pricey wool dress pants, and they helped me sort that out (it was not anything Trailside was doing.) Highly recommended.
Needed a very nice blouse to be washed, two small stains removed, and ironed. $6.89 for one blouse seems a little pricey however they did a good job. Looks great! Good location since it's near my office too. Went back to get my ski jacket cleaned. It had black marks along the wrist area and those are totally gone! Yay!
Best family owned business in town. Great prices and friendly service.
*EDIT: I have changed my review for the time being because they updated their website. Let’s hope I can finally get back to the location to pick up my dry cleaning today.
Why does your website say you are open from 8-7 on Saturday??? Beyond frustrated that I just drove 45 minutes in traffic with my baby to pick up my dry cleaning to find that you are...CLOSED! Thanks for ruining my Saturday!
