I've always had my prescriptions filled in a timely manner here, and dealt with amazing, professional staff. Their star power really shined through once the pandemic hit though. I'm immunocompromised, so naturally I started getting my prescriptions delivered. Supposedly you're supposed to be able to do this through the CVS app, but the app is absolutely terrible and I have never had any success with this method. Thus I am forced every time to get a staff member on the phone to help me directly. They seem pretty used to this, so it seems I am far from the only one to have no luck with the app. They are efficient, helpful, and unbelievably kind. I want to give a special shout-out to Anna who has helped me countless times, she's my Covid MVP, but I've had a couple others on the phone who have also been awesome, I just didn't get their names. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Pharmacists are largely underutilized in healthcare. I have been impressed on multiple occasions with the pharmacists at CVS in Hadley - going above and beyond. Very informative and helpful!

This is by far the best CVS pharmacy in the area!n◾ufe0fNo long lines OR wait times & the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians/assistants are SUPER FRIENDLY and genuinely friendly!n◾ufe0fHighly recommended pharmacy!n◾ufe0fOnly downfall is having to park in target lot and walk through target, but it’s well worth it overall.

Probably the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. Women working were rude and treated me like I was an idiot for not having an absolute comprehensive knowledge of my insurance. Go to a different CVS.
