It has been about a year that I go to the UHS. The staff are pretty kind, respectful, responsible and helping. The doctor also spends a lot of time for my appointment. The waiting time for visit is near 15 minutes or so which is OK because I think it is not an emergency center.

*edited due to reply* You might want to tell the people that you have working in registration in the Mullins Center that people who work second shift for physical plant don't need to make an appointment, my supervisors scheduled me to come at this time. You might also want to explain to your employees what the hell is going on instead of them insisting on me making an appointment because you can expect me every Monday at the same damn time. There's my appointment, thanks.

I am not overly surprised at so many bad reviews. It appears that the authors of the negative comments have never had to wait for anything in their lives. I give the best marks to a wonderful team of people who always have treated me great!

the entire UHS services is a joke. I highly recommended to go off campus for any medical needs to avoid this place. I’m forced to go there since I do not have a car and I have never had a good experience. Latest run in was trying to fill a prescription from my doctor back home. It took a week for them to fill a very vital prescription. They kept telling me it’ll be ready tomorrow or that they had to order some more. You simply can not tell someone a prescription will be ready tomorrow and not have it ready for a week. Absolutely unacceptable.

I got off the phone with a staff member from billing services and I have never felt so disrespected. I had a large bill that was a few days overdue and I was going to pay for and instead of helping me with it, she spoke to me in the most harshest manner. Because I was curious, I asked for clarification and any other options for my situation, but instead of offering help and assistance, she raised her voice at me and cut me off. Not to mention, the amount I was charged was RIDICULOUS for the horrible service I was given. This doesn't even deserve one star.
