I purchased a watch from Safa as a gift. I worked with a lovely young woman named Tehrim. The experience was quick and pleasant. Once I made clear that I was prepared to purchase immediately if offered a fair deal, I received what I believe to be a very fair price on the watch without any haggling. Based on my research, the price offered was about 5% higher than the best price I could reasonably have hoped to negotiate had I really put the time into it and gone from store to store. Given that they offered such a fair price immediately, I did not even bother haggling beyond that. I figured what they saved me in time more than paid for the difference. They were also very accommodating with a few requests I made because the watch was a gift. I chose the store because they carry a watch brand that many other locations do not carry, and that is the watch brand I wanted to purchase. They are a little far from my home. So, I don’t know how often I will make it there myself unless shopping for a less common brand. But I would not hesitate to recommend this jeweler to anyone.

Hi I just want to say Safa Jewelers is an excellent place to do upgrades with your jewelry. I upgraded my wife’s engagement ring, and they did a excellent job! They worked with me with every detail, and are very fair with their price. I worked with Moe and he was excellent in the whole process. I will be doing my wife’s wedding ring next. Safa Jewelers is a place where you get outstanding customer service. They have a wide range of luxury watches and I highly recommend them to anybody buying a high-end Swiss watch. These people are very knowledgeable and upkeep with trends in the e-commerce watch market as well and they will go out of their way to help their customers make the right decision!

Safa has an extremely friendly Staff that are very knowledgeable and accommodating. I purchased and Oris from them as they are one of the few dealers in NJ. They were able to answer my questions and provide options with no pressure. I recommend shopping here.
