Cool store to look at. Do not purchase anything unless you’re 100% sure. We purchase a couple of gift for my mother-in-law and the earrings did not fit her right. I were not informed about the ridiculous return policy, or lack of. All sales are final (after 3 days). Never shopping here or any these stores again. The “store is closing” policy is a joke and not customer friendly. Not sure how many people would have time to make the purchase, deliver the gift and still have time to return or exchange ALL with in 3 days.
I never felt more uncomfortable in a store before. Me and my girlfriend walk in to look at the collection pieces and the entire time the workers sat there and stared at us like we were gonna steal. Super uncomfortable very unprofessional and felt like we were getting judge the entire time. The owner should choose more happy people to work here than miserable old women who are giving this store a bad look
If you are looking for a military friendly place, then don't come here. I'm getting really disappointed with more and more business that don't support our military service members. This isn't the first place, which I'm going to call all of them out whenever I find out more.
