Had a great experience working with Judi, who was polite, knowledgeable and frank. Everyone in the Metuchen store was super nice. Had a great chat with Rosie as well. I try to swing by every time my family and I go out to eat authentic Asian food over in nearby Edison. Highly recommend Leonardo Jewelers to anyone looking to purchase jewelry or luxury timepieces!

Very nice store and friendly staff. I dealt with Colleen about a future purchase. The store was recommended highly to me by a friend of mine who had recently had a great experience with Colleen and John and he was absolutely right. It cannot be overstated how much good customer service, friendliness and professionalism means to me and the companies that display that deserve all the business they can get. I look forward to hopefully dealing with Leonardo Jewelers again in the near future and I appreciate their time talking to me today. I will be back.

Worked with Judi whom was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Was not pushy at all and was very personable. First time I have ever bought a luxury item and will be a customer for life. Would highly recommend for new buyers or experienced buyers. Thank you for the great service!

I have been going to this store since they opened. I will always prefer a small family owned business over a large retail anytime!! The main thing I appreciate about this store is the customer service. This staff has treated me with such high respect and professionalism that is so hard to find these days. They don't know if I am going in to spend a couple hundred, or thousands, they consistently offer great service regardless. They care about what they sell, there is passion that does not go unnoticed. They have a selection of watches very hard to find in the area, and plenty of stock. John the manager loves what he does, and this reflects so honestly when he is talking about the watches. Right now, I am looking to purchase a watch that will be a family heirloom, and they are proud that they will be the ones to sell it to me. If you are in the market for an excellent watch, or fine jewelry, I highly recommend.
