Amherst Liquors is amazing!! Neal, the store owner, is always so hospitable and considers every request special. I often find Amherst Liquors has the best prices, too. This store is locally owned and operated!!nnI’m certain we’ll be back again :)
This store is convenient with Awesome customer service! All the staff members are wonderful. Neal is wonderful & always very helpful & is all for his customers satisfaction.nAs for the previous review, from the person complaining about people not wearing masks. They clearly do NOT understand the law in full.nThe law states yes it’s “required” BUT if someone has a health issue in any way that prevents them from wearing a mask, the store owner/manager/employees can NOT in any way question them on it, ask for proof or “nag” them about not wearing one..If they do, then YES they can get in trouble for it.nNeal is a smart guy! He knows the law & he knows his clientele as well.nI recommend Amherst Liquors, 100%! Hands down.
Most places illegally refuse me service when I don’t wear a mask because of my health issues. But Amherst Liquors knows what’s up, they’re so chill in there. Wanna ware a mask? That’s fine. Have asthma? That’s fine too. Only Karen’s leave 1 stars.
Best assortment of drinks with the most unbeatable prices in Western mass. Neal is always looking out for his customers and will do what he has to do to ensure his customers are happy.
Wide selection, owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great Covid enforcement.
