Hadley Cleaners has served my family’s dry cleaning and tailoring needs for years. I’ve been their customer at three different store locations. This is a family business that takes great pride in delivering exceptional service that is friendly, professional, and personalized. I’m always greeted with a smile and friendly small talk. When Hak, the owner, sees me coming he goes directly to get my order. When I have a bigger bundle of clothes, he insisted on carrying them to my car. Recently when my daughter wanted to get some pants tailored he advised her that it wasn’t worth the cost and that she should invest in a new pair. This is a family-run business you can put your trust in. Once you go to Hadley Cleaners, you won’t be going back to those corporate-owned dry cleaning services.
Had a couple pairs of pants that were wayyy too big on me, brought them in and the nice gentleman who runs the place brought them down to a perfect size for me! Very helpful and professional, and good quality work! Would definitely recommend and use again.
I walked in to see if they could fix a jacket zipper. They evaluated it for no cost and gave me super helpful advice. Super kind and friendly staff. I would highly recommend them.
Hak, owner of Hadley's Cleaners, did a complicated zipper replacement on a down and leather coat. Others declined to do it. He did an amazing job and it was well-priced. I highly recommend Hadley's. The owner is very responsive and friendly---a true professional.
I finally had a bit of extra money to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved. We brought it to Hadley Cleaners in Amherst. He did and amazing job my dress looks beautifully preserved and there’s no more purple frosting stains. He was very professional and great customer service. Will be going back for future needs.
