Previously, I gave this company a one star rating which I now wish to retract. The flowers that my friend finally received were gorgeous! However, the protocol used to get them to her was faulty. No one ever called her to make certain that flowers left at the front door were, indeed, received. As she only uses the back door, I had to follow up with her myself the following day to make sure that she got them. As a result, this review is one star less than a 5 star rating. Thank you for taking my comments to heart and talking to me by phone.
