South Jordan Library

Called to try to get a ballpark of the expectable wait times for early voting as this is the only location available in my area, was met with an employee who not only said “I don’t know, I have no idea”, but made zero attempt to ask any coworkers that would know. I literally asked “like had there been a long line out the door, are people waiting hours?” Useless. Some of us have to take off of work to do this and not even being willing to simply ask coworkers or give me a number of another part of the library to call to facilitate something as important as voting, yikes ma’am. Yikes.

Nice Staff and good collection of books.

I have been a resident of South Jordan since late 1997. I always enjoy my regular visits to the "new" library to read my newspaper and magazine "subscriptions". Open and cool in the warmer weather, nice and warm near the fire when its cold. It can be a bit noisy occasionally, but it is a community library after all. A pair of ear plugs stops me from behaving like a crusty/grumpy old guy.

I love coming here to read or study.

Good selection and the librarian was helpful. The process to get a library card was quick and painless.
