I like the UMass gear the store sells, but my cousin told me that a guy in front of the line showed his UMass employee ID to a cashier to get a discount on an item he was buying. Then the cashier asked what department he works in and the guy refused to answer. If the guy doesn't want to say what department he works in, then that's his right and it must be respected. Especially if he's being asked in front other costumers behind him. Props to the guy for remaining calm. I don't know the guy and neither does my cousin.
Friendly feedback:nnI like gear this place sells, but to hear that an employee only worked one shift and told that you don't have hours for that person two weeks later is not fair at all. It also doesn't make any sense. Maybe there's more to the story and if there is, always hear both sides or talk to person about what you heard. Please note that the person I'm talking about has nothing to do with my feedback and it also cannot be used against him.

What an amazing Campus! Everyone in here is so nice and lay back. Just a pleasure being here. I want to study here! Lol
I like the quality of all the UMass gear, but it's shady that an employee was hired for two weeks and only had one shift. There are some applicants that don't put everything on their resumes and they don't have to especially if it's not a high profile job. Now if you heard some stuff about that employee, talk to that person and always get both sides of every of story.
