Said they could not access my front door when it is clearly accessible, so they did not deliver my package. On top of that, I still have not received 2 packages that were supposed to be here at the beginning of February! I've live here a little over a year and never had issues like this with the mail lady, Heather, that used to be on my route.

Terrible service. My priority deliveries are constantly delayed or shipped to the wrong address. They a deliveries on Saturday’s are even worse. They have a habit of supposedly dropping my packages off minutes before they close. Even thou I live right around the corner from them, so when they screw up you can’t get a hold of them until Monday. I’ve been waiting for a package to be signed from morning to Noon. It’s 4 pm on a Saturday I figured they done delivering, so I go to the store. I come back find the notice in my mailbox. Wife and dog home didn’t hear the door. I had to wait to grab the package the following Monday, because they refused to re deliver it. I get there ask them why they didn’t knock on my door. They said because of covid, now I understand that. But why charge me extra and still offer signed delivery if you’re not going to actually require me to sign it.

I use informed delivery and my mail constantly is not delivered, at least twice a week. Getting ridiculous!

Delivery service used to be great. I've lived in this city for 9 years now, and as of the last few months, packages get delivered to the wrong parcel lockers at my apartment complex. I call the office, and they're wonderful to talk with but there's always a disconnect with the carriers. Yesterday I called about a package I didn't receive, and asked they call my carrier to have him look. Mail came and we go the regular letters. There was also a parcel key. Upon opening the parcel locker, my package is nowhere to be seen and I have a package for my upstairs neighbor. Our management makes sure all the lockers and post boxes are clearly labelled inside each box, there is no reason that supposing the carrier can READ that you should not be able to receive deliveries reliably. Come on folks, do your jobs!
